May 2023 Real Estate Report: Prices Are Up & Listings Are Down

The Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) released their Market Watch report for May 2023 today. The report shows another month of the same trends we saw in April. April 2023 GTA Home Prices Increase As New Listings Plummet

The Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) released their Market Watch Report for April 2023 this week. According to the report, the average selling price for the GTA increased for the third month in a row to $1,153,269.
