May 2023 Real Estate Report: Prices Are Up & Listings Are Down

The Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) released their Market Watch report for May 2023 today. The report shows another month of the same trends we saw in April. Namely, lack of supply and increase in prices. On a year-over-year basis new listings were down 18.7% in May and the number of sales were up by 24.7%.
