Today the Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB) released their March 2013 Mid-Month Resale Housing figures. The numbers show that the average selling price during this time period was up by almost 6% (year-over-year) but the number of transactions that went through the system were down. The Toronto Real Estate Board released the numbers for February 2013’s resale housing market. With one less day than last year, the average selling price for the month was up 2% compared to February 2012, but the number of transactions were down for both the detached housing and condo market. The Toronto Real Estate Board released their February 2013 mid-month resale housing report. The report shows that the average selling price for transactions on Toronto MLS was up by 4% in comparison to the same time period last year.

Today the Toronto Real Estate Board released their resale housing figures for the first two weeks of January 2013. So far the numbers show and increase in the number of transactions reported over the same time period last year and an increase of 4% in the average selling price for the same time period (also based on a year-over-year basis). TREB: September 2012 Resale Housing Market Figures

The Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB) released their monthly report for the September 2012 resale market today. The numbers show an increase in prices in both the home and condo sectors over September 2011 and a decline in the number of transactions throughout the GTA.

TREB Releases May 2012 Resale Market Figures

Greater Toronto REALTORS® reported 10,850 transactions through the TorontoMLS system in May 2012 – an 11 per cent increase over the 9,766 sales in May 2011. Sales growth was strongest in the ‘905’ regions surrounding the City of Toronto.
