December 2021 GTA Real Estate Market Report

September 2021: GTA Housing Market Conditions Sustain Strong Price Growth

The September 2021 Market Watch Report was released today by the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB). The numbers show a tightened market compared to the same time last year. Sales represented a substantially higher share of listings and there was a lower number of new listings across the board.
