Dramatic Surge: Canadian & GTA Home Sales Soar This October
Home sales activity across the Canadian MLS® Systems surged this October up 7.7% from the previous month. This marks the highest level since April 2022. Greater Toronto Area (GTA) home sales increased significantly in October 2024, rising 44.4% year-over-year from 4,611 sales in October 2023 to 6,658 sales.
