Under the table deals leave you no recourse – so make sure your renovator spells it out on paper. You should double-check with any contractor (RenoMark or otherwise) that details like these are included in your service contract and remember – always, always, get your contract in writing!
I’m amazed, I must say. Seldom do I come across a blog that’s both educative and interesting, and without a doubt, you have hit the nail on the
head. The issue is something that too few folks are speaking intelligently about.
