The Toronto International Dragon Boat Race Festival is happening at Centre Island on Saturday and Sunday. Gay Pride officially starts this weekend with a variety of events. Not to mention the Indian Film Academy Awards with various locations for film festival screenings on both Friday and Saturday that are open to the public.
