Last week Royal LePage Real Estate Services launched a new mobile website developed for many smart phones. It's a quick and easy way to find information on Royal Lepage listings not only here in Toronto but across Canada.
Although not an app, it certainly had that feel when I checked it out. The “Neighbourhood Navigator,” will combine seller and agent comments with “walk ability scores” and consumer rankings of nearby businesses to provide valuable insights for users. (The agent and seller comments are expected to take a bit of time to get populated). Using GPS to help locate nearby open houses and neighbourhood amenities to users.
